Our client, a well-established organization in Northern New Jersey, is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Representative to join their HR team. The Benefits Representative will be responsible for assisting employees with their benefits inquiries, managing benefits administration, and ensuring a smooth benefits experience for all staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and issues.

  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.

  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate benefits records and update employee information as needed.

  • Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues.

  • Support open enrollment and conduct benefits orientations for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor???s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and compliance.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).




Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
