Our client, a well-established organization in Northern New Jersey, is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Representative to join their HR team. The Benefits Representative will be responsible for assisting employees with their benefits inquiries, managing benefits administration, and ensuring a smooth benefits experience for all staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and issues.
Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate benefits records and update employee information as needed.
Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve discrepancies and issues.
Support open enrollment and conduct benefits orientations for employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and compliance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
