Our client in Sussex County, NJ is looking to hire a Sr. Production Planner out of industrial manufacturing. The Production Planner will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules to meet customer demands and operational capacity. This role involves close collaboration with production managers, customer service, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules.

• Coordinate with various departments to align production plans.

• Monitor and adjust schedules based on material availability and production capacity.

• Generate and present reports on production performance and capacity utilization.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in production planning and data management.

• Out of industrial manufacturing

• Prefer proficiency with MS Dynamics, MS A/X Dynamics, EPICOR, and ORACLE over SAP; however, open to large ERP systems.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a focus on production planning and operations.
