We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk near Rochester Hills, MI to support an accounting and finance team with document processing, data entry, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process financial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify discrepancies, research errors, and recommend solutions to the appropriate teams.

  • Enter and update financial data across multiple systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory records.

  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal departments to resolve outstanding issues.

  • Reconcile various accounts and take corrective action when needed.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team and assist with special projects as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (ticketing system), Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP system), or WebEx (used for remote training)

  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support.

  • Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes.

  • Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.



Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
