Our well respected client in the area is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to add to their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of a fast-paced, high growth, team based company. This role will be responsible for managing a team to drive the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long range planning as well as work on overall process improvements for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis and month/quarter end close cycles

• Prepare month end close management reporting: analysis of P&L trends and comparisons vs. benchmarks

• Collaborate to ensure alignment of financial planning and reporting across all stakeholders and key business drivers

• Oversee a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting and year-end audit preparation

• Support preparation and coordination of board meetings

• Direct and supervise a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance

• CPA highly preferred

• 8+ years of related progressive experience

• Excel Savvy and large ERP systems experience

• Manufacturing/Automotive background

• Detailed-oriented and analytical

• Critical Thinker and excellent problem-solving skills

• Management experience
