Medical Office Admin

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Office Admin for our healthcare client located in Rochester, MN. This role will be a 100% onsite working environment and a Monday-Friday, full-time schedule. The role will be focused on providing a great patient experience to our client's visitors, as well as administrative duties. Admin duties include patient check in/out, scheduling patient appointments, referrals, insurance verification, updating patient demographics, and assisting with medical records requests, prior authorizations, and other duties as needed.



Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare administration role
  • Proficiency in EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
Skills
  • Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in-person
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to maintain and prioritize tasks throughout the day, and meet deadlines as needed
  • Able to work within multiple software systems
  • Compassion and empathy towards others



Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
