Pay: $21/hr
Hours: 9am - 5pm (Full-time, Onsite)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and punctual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rockville, MD. This role is fully onsite and offers a contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must pass a basic math and spelling test.

  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen, including THC.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work onsite from 9am to 5pm and maintain punctuality.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • This is a contract to hire position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

  • Candidates must be able to start immediately.
