LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Accounts Payable Accountant. In this role, you can expect to ensure accuracy of invoices, track employee expenses, gain all necessary approvals, analyze expenses and ensure all company adherence to policies and procedures. The company offers a fast-paced, collaborative team environment located near Rolling Meadows. To qualify, you must have 3 years of Accounts Payable and GL experience.

Responsibilities:

Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper account coding to general ledger
Perform bank reconciliations
Manage T&E system including answering internal employee inquiries
Provide analytics and information regarding credit card issues
Periodically review/audit receipts against expenses to ensure compliance with policy
Post expense related journal entries
Assist with month end and fiscal year reporting

Qualifications:

3 years of high-volume full cycle AP experience (working with the GL) is required
Strong Intermediate MS Excel skills is required (ability to create pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field is highly preferred
ERP experience required
Superb verbal and written communication skills

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
