$22.00 - $27.00 per Hour
- Accurately enter customer orders into the order processing system.
- Verify order details, including product quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
- Process order modifications and cancellations.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies or errors.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Provide support to the sales and customer service teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order entry or data entry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent data entry skills and proficiency with computer systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.

- Monday-Friday
- Pay is $22-$27 an hour, depending on experience
