Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rosedale, NY. This position offers the opportunity to start as a temporary employee with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and fit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with extensive experience in Excel and the ability to thrive in a high-volume work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
**Excel Expertise:** Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and report analysis to manage and interpret data.
**Administrative Support:** Perform general administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
**Data Management:** Assist in data entry, report generation, and data analysis to support various business functions.
**Collaboration:** Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.
**High-Volume Environment:** Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:
**Excel Proficiency:** Must have extensive experience with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and report analysis.
**Experience:** 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience is required.
**Independent and Team Work:** Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members.
**High-Volume Work:** Experience in a high-volume environment is essential, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
