LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Transactional Attorney to assist their team on a temporary basis.

This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities:

· Assisting with general corporate matters, including corporate governance and M&A transactions for healthcare clients

· Drafting and negotiating complex agreements

· Advising on compliance issues

Requirements:

· 3+ years of recent transactional law experience

· Active New Jersey license in good standing

· Excellent communication and writing skills

· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $75 and $100/hour depending on experience.
