Responsibilities

· Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices.

· Set up new vendors

· Assist with check run and reconciliations.

· Payroll: Payroll processing and coding to projects

· Communicating with employees to resolve payroll issues.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· AP invoice coding and data entry

· Payroll timecard audit and processing

· Ability to meet payroll and AP deadlines.

· Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

· Communication with vendors and internal community.
