Hi there!
We are actively looking to add a Certified Payroll Specialist to our expanding team in our Roseville, CA office!
We’re a well-established construction firm and due to growth in our company we need to add to our staff to keep up with all of our new projects! Our ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of certified payroll experience as we need someone who knows their way around construction payroll!
*Please note that while our job description reads a bit like a traditional payroll processor this role would primarily entail overseeing and reviewing certified payroll to ensure correctness, accuracy and compliance regarding payroll that has been complete by our processors

This is a direct hire role (no contract period)
The compensation for the role is 70k to 90k DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES
Certified Payroll/Labor Compliance (CPR)
Approvals and tracking of Subcontractor CPRs submitted for projects.
Communication with Owners/Subcontractors on CPR requirements and submissions for duration of prevailing wage jobs.
DAS 140/DAS 142 filings
Backup for main company submission of Federal and state taxes
Handling payroll inquiries from employees and outside agencies.
Report creation and distribution
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of certified (union) payroll experience
Prefer a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with Labor Compliance reporting, preferably related to the construction industry.
Proficiency in LCP Tracker, DIR upload experience preferred.
