LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in Royal Oak, MI, to find a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to support their team during a period of internal transition. This is a fully on-site, long-term contract opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic HR environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support across various functions

• Assist with onboarding, employee relations, and compliance

• Support internal transitions and organizational changes

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist role

• Familiarity with ADP and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
