Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile inventory records for all vehicles and parts.

  • Process and record inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, transfers, and adjustments.

  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of inventory data into CDK software.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports for management.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end inventory accounting processes.

  • Monitor inventory levels and report any issues to management.

  • Provide support for inventory-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a dealership environment is required.

  • Proficiency with CDK software is essential.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
