JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
pay rate: $24-$30
Location: Orangevale, CA
SUMMARY:
Account manager \ Admin support’s essential role is to be the main point of contact for our customers and suppliers. As the main point of contact, you represent Summit and its values through
exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Support requires strong communication and organizational skills as this role is
essential to supporting internal staff and external vendors.
This position requires proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
ACCOUNT MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the main point of contact to assigned customer base.
· Oversee all aspects of logistics with suppliers.
· Collaborate with freight forwarder to arrange transportation and ensure on‐time
delivery.
· Ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner.
· Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, customers,
and suppliers.
· Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of
shipment.
· Serve as back‐up AM for other AM employees as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
· Process orders efficiently and accurately.
· Manage and distribute all incoming mail.
· Oversee and coordinate all outgoing customer service mail.
· Maintain daily communication with internal staff and external suppliers.
· Process and fulfill label requests promptly.
· Other duties as assigned.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
