LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Sacramento and provide support to multiple departments including C-level executives. As an Admin, you will be responsible for composing complex reports, managing calendars, and supporting leadership. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, polished, professional, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage event logistics and triage communications

  2. Compose complex reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  3. Manage calendars and scheduling of appointments.

  4. Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.

  5. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  7. Provide support to leadership as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

  2. 3+ years of experience as an Admin in a corporate environment.

  3. Excellent Typing skills - 80+ WPM

  4. Salesforce experience

  5. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.

  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  7. Polished and professional with a customer-focused attitude.

  8. Strong attention to detail.



Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
