Job Title: Administrative Assistant with Billing Experience
Location: Citrus Heights, CA
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)
Pay: $22–$23 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong billing experience to join our team in Citrus Heights. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Whether you’re looking for part-time or full-time hours, we are open to finding the right fit!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions

  • Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, scheduling, filing, and phone/email correspondence

  • Support the team with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience required

  • Previous billing or basic accounting experience preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
