LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Bookkeeper job for the office located in Sacramento, CA. The position is 100% in-office every day! The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper with experience in a non-profit organization. The responsibilities include bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, assist with the month-end close, and work on projects as assigned.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
- Industry experience in a non-profit required
- Software experience with an medium to large ERP is preferred
- Strong overall general accounting experience (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll)
- Proactive, problem-solver, a team and company player
- Attention to detail, collaborative, and organized
- Strong communications (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Experience: 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper (Bookkeeper, Accountant, Staff Accountant)
