Job Title: Call Center Representative – Fully Onsite
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our Sacramento team. This is a fully onsite position in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on providing excellent customer service while managing a high volume of incoming calls. Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution
Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Provide product and service information, upselling where appropriate
Meet or exceed call handling and quality performance metrics
Qualifications:
Required: Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems while on a call
Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Banking or financial services knowledge is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
