Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $21/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable Call Center Representative to join our team in Rancho Cordova. This is a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment handling 40–60 calls per day. The ideal candidate has collections experience or previous call center experience, and thrives in a customer-focused role that requires professionalism, consistency, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

  • Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner

  • Follow scripts and compliance protocols

  • Accurately log information into systems during and after calls

  • Meet performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and adherence

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or collections environment

  • Ability to handle 40–60 calls per day

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $21/hour (Paid weekly)

  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity

  • Benefits upon conversion to permanent employment:

    • Medical, Dental, Vision (Health benefits start after 60 days)

    • 401(k) available immediately with 4% employer match after 1 year



Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
