Certified Payroll/HR Coordinator
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Pay Range: $35-40 per hour
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar human resources/administrative role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and prevailing wage requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection, maintenance, and reporting of HR metrics
Provide comprehensive administrative support for HR processes and procedures
Coordinate Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork and processes
Utilize Paycor or a similar HRIS for data entry and reporting
Assist in conflict management and resolution among employees
Participate in employee evaluations and performance reviews
Manage payroll processing, including prevailing wage payroll, using Paycor, DIR, or other payroll systems
Support workforce management activities, including scheduling and attendance tracking
Conduct interviews for potential candidates and assist in the hiring process
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee training programs
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
