Certified Payroll/HR Coordinator

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Pay Range: $35-40 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar human resources/administrative role

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and prevailing wage requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection, maintenance, and reporting of HR metrics

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for HR processes and procedures

  • Coordinate Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork and processes

  • Utilize Paycor or a similar HRIS for data entry and reporting

  • Assist in conflict management and resolution among employees

  • Participate in employee evaluations and performance reviews

  • Manage payroll processing, including prevailing wage payroll, using Paycor, DIR, or other payroll systems

  • Support workforce management activities, including scheduling and attendance tracking

  • Conduct interviews for potential candidates and assist in the hiring process

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee training programs



Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
