LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Dental Claims Processor for our healthcare client located in north Sacramento. This role will be 100% onsite and a full-time schedule, as well as a contract opportunity. The role will be focused on processing dental claims for our client, as well as assisting members with billing inquiries and helping them understand their healthcare insurance plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years dental claims processing experience and/or 5 years experience working within a dental office
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to meet production metrics as given by management
• Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to give a great experience over the phone and work well with others
• Call center customer service experience strongly desired
• Must be knowledgable of dental codes and/or terminology and insurance companies
