Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement facility strategies.

• Align daily operations with the company's broader goals.

• Monitor sales and market trends, collaborating with sales teams to meet production demands.

• Ensure compliance with inventory and transfer regulations.

• Approve and document items set for sale before production.

• Drive results in production quotas, labor standards, profitability, and budget management.

• Oversee distribution operations, including delivery schedules and compliance.

• Manage relationships with third-party route providers.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff.

• Oversee hiring and termination processes.

• Implement and comply with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain and negotiate a steady supply chain of materials.

• Develop strategies for departmental improvement.

• Foster a positive workplace culture and manage complex situations effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

• Knowledge of diverse business functions (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service).

• Practical experience with data analysis and performance metrics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and business software (ERP, CRM).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

• Advanced mathematical skills and ability to perform visual quality inspections.

• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check.

• Required state permits, licenses, and certifications.

• Ability to travel between sites as needed.
