JR Executive Assistant Sacramento, CA

Onsite in Sacramento

Pay range is $26-28 per hour

Temp to hire

LHH is working with our client seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our company's team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-level administrative support to executive-level staff and will be able to anticipate the needs of the team in order to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the COO with travel arrangements, meeting minutes, and note-taking.

  • Support with short-term and life insurance tasks and licensing for members.

  • Must transcribe four-hour monthly meetings.

  • Work closely with COO on licensing and compliance tasks.

  • Ability to pivot between tasks as responsibilities transition gradually.

  • Third-party administrative experience preferred (especially in insurance, health plans, disability, and life insurance—not auto insurance).

  • Strong confidentiality skills required; HIPAA knowledge is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Software: Microsoft Office, Teams, Adobe.



Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
