Executive Assistant (Sacramento, CA)
LHH is teaming up with a leading organization in the agriculture and manufacturing sector in Sacramento, CA in search of an Executive Assistant to support a team of Vice Presidents and serve as a key liaison across two major business units.

The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and confident—someone who can manage executive priorities with a “firm but fair” demeanor. You should be highly responsive, tech-savvy, and able to troubleshoot issues on the fly. A background in executive support, event coordination, and vendor management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, calls, and travel
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents
Handle confidential information with discretion
Act as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Plan and execute meetings and events
Track and follow up on deliverables
Assist with expense reporting and purchase orders
Coordinate lunch orders and catering
Generate shipping labels and manage international shipments
Support recruitment for executive roles
Communicate with insurance providers regarding drivers/vehicles
Manage company-wide correspondence and DocuSign workflows
Coordinate with vendors and manage office logistics
Work with onsite security to authorize visitor access
Oversee special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Type: Contract (potentially Contract-to-Hire)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fully on-site, Sacramento, CA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour
