We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Sacramento. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a high volume of inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding healthcare services and insurance inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
