• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding healthcare services and insurance inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
