LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our client’s team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth administrative processes across the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional internal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and general employee inquiries.

  • Coordinate employee lifecycle documentation: offer letters, contracts, terminations, and status changes.

  • Support HR compliance efforts by maintaining accurate and confidential records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Assist with payroll data entry and coordination with the Finance team.

  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

  • Act as a point of contact for general HR questions and help resolve routine employee issues or direct them to the appropriate HR staff.

  • Support recruitment processes including interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, and onboarding logistics.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of administrative or HR experience, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with HRIS systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
