Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our team in Sacramento. This is an onsite role offering the opportunity to lead human resources efforts for a growing organization in the construction industry. If you are a bilingual HR professional with a proven track record and a passion for people, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.

  • Collaborate with teams to drive organizational initiatives, support workforce planning, and enhance employee engagement.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness.

  • Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures with fairness and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.

  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish (Required).

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry (Required).

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
