Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Location: Sacramento, CA

Compensation: $28 – $32 per hour

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support our HR department with various administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with payroll processing, managing employee timecards, handling data entry, filing, processing expense reimbursements, and account reconciliation. Additionally, you will help track continuing education credits for attorneys and support the Retirement Plan Administrator with various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing and management of employee timecards.

· Onboarding and Orientation: Compile and organize onboarding and orientation packets for new hires.

· Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate data related to HR activities, including tracking legal education credits for attorneys and managing benefits information.

· Benefits Support: Assist with benefits administration, including tracking and managing employee benefits.

· Retirement Plan Support: Provide support to the Retirement Plan Administrator with various tasks related to employee retirement plans.

Required Skills and Software Proficiency:

ADP: Experience with ADP payroll systems is essential.

Excel and Spreadsheets: Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong background in HR administrative tasks and are proficient in ADP and Excel, we encourage you to apply.
