9+ years of labor and employment experience

• Ability to provide practical advice and counsel to clients

• Experience preparing for and attending arbitrations and administrative hearings (PERB, etc.)

• Familiarity with reviewing contracts and providing general legal counsel

• A team player who can also work autonomously and mentor others
