Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative for a dynamic client based in Sacramento, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the primary point of contact for members, providers, and other stakeholders.
This role offers a contract-to-hire arrangement and is an onsite position.
Compensation: $19-$20 per hour, DOE
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding their health insurance plans, including benefits, coverage, and claims.
Assist members with claims processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Educate members on the features and advantages of their health insurance plans, offering guidance on maximizing their benefits.
Handle member complaints promptly and effectively, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain precise and current member records, including contact details and health histories.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure members receive optimal care and service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Basic computer proficiency is essential.
