Salary: $18 - $23 per hour

  • History: Starting as a small refugee resettlement agency, we now serve over 3,000 clients annually across five key program areas: Refugee Programs, Survivors of Trafficking Programs, Immigration Legal Services, Health Programs, and Economic Prosperity Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, directing and announcing them appropriately.

  • Provide professional reception services during business hours, including answering, screening, and forwarding calls, and offering basic information to callers.

  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, emails, and faxes, ensuring they reach the appropriate staff members.

  • Handle additional receptionist tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and drafting correspondence.

  • Organize and maintain file systems, correspondence, and other records.

  • Ensure the breakroom is tidy and supplies are restocked as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Language: Fluency in Spanish.

  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn other software used by the organization.



Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
