Temp Receptionist | Sacramento
LHH is partnering with an established client based in Sacramento in need of a Temporary Receptionist. An ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of office experience and can start as soon as possible.
Pay: $19 - $21 /hr
Location: Sacramento
Start: ASAP
Duties:
Phone and Email gatekeeping
Calendar Management - confirming appointments and meetings
Meeting room set up - catering, presentation and meeting material preparations
Mail management - in/outbound mail
Maintain a presentable and clean office
Provide property tours (if needed)
Check-in clients/guests
Support supervisor with additional tasks
Qualifications/Requirements:
1-2 years of Administrative or Office experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Independent worker who is highly organized & self-directed
Able to collaborate well with Team colleagues
Steady demeanor with the ability to stay focused and on task
Detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidential information and data
Intermediate experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
