Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Rocklin
Salary Range: $70K–$80K
Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM
Excel Proficiency Required
Key Responsibilities:
Modify schedules as needed to maximize staff utilization.
Assign staff to various projects to ensure efficient workload distribution.
Prepare and analyze bi-weekly utilization reports.
Position Overview:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing staff assignments and scheduling for audit and tax projects. This role involves regularly reviewing utilization reports to confirm that resources are effectively allocated. The coordinator must provide ongoing updates regarding staffing needs, identifying when additional support is required or when staff are underutilized. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams at all levels.
Core Responsibilities:
Process scheduling requests and modifications in ProStaff daily.
Address and resolve scheduling conflicts for audit and tax teams.
Adjust staff assignments as necessary.
Evaluate utilization reports to identify staffing imbalances and provide updates to management.
Update and distribute weekly Audit and Tax schedules.
Facilitate weekly meetings with audit teams to review schedules.
Serve as the initial approver for PTO requests.
Assist with various projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in project scheduling and staff coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn scheduling software.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across all staff levels.
Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling or staffing coordination.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
