Job Title: Front End Receptionist (Bi-Lingual Spanish Required)

Location: Saddle Brook, NJ

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Possible flexibility) - 100% on-site

Pay: $24-$26 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front End Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team in Saddle Brook, NJ. As the front face of our business, you will be responsible for welcoming all visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional environment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors, vendors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing information as needed.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including issuing and managing key fobs for employees.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and operations.

  • Provide excellent customer service and address any visitor or employee concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a must.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
