Legal Administrative Assistant (2+ Years Experience)
Seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to support attorneys in the areas of family law, estate planning, and general business law. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating communications, preparing legal documents, and maintaining organized case files.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings, court appearances, depositions, and deadlines
Draft and format legal documents; handle electronic and traditional court filings
Maintain organized and confidential client files
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and phone communications
Assist with discovery and case management
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and clients
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of legal administrative experience
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with legal software preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with e-filing in State and Federal Courts
Please note that this is a largely on site job and will require one to be on sit 5 days a week.
