Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Accountant/Office Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is eager to jump in wherever needed. You will be the first point of contact at our front desk, handling administrative tasks, general ledger (GL) management, and assisting with accounts payable (AP) and purchase orders (PO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

  • Assist with general ledger (GL) management and administrative tasks.

  • Support accounts payable (AP) processes and manage purchase orders (PO).

  • Collaborate with the controller for training and development in accounting tasks.

  • Participate in system implementation projects and demonstrate curiosity in technical systems.

  • Maintain a positive and growth-minded attitude, contributing to a friendly and supportive work environment.

  • Embrace the small business mindset by being willing to take on various tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Key Requirements/Preferences:

  • Experience in accounts payable (AP) and manufacturing (PO) is a standout.

  • Technical thinker with an interest in system implementation and AI.

  • Analytical mindset with a lighter experience in systems.

  • Positive, growth-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
