• Work with settlement counsel to ensure the clients trust estates are administered seamlessly
• Ensure trust assets are properly distributed to designated beneficiaries and final accountings are completed and filed
• Liaison directly with the Trustee and the clients
• Facilitate the administration process from beginning to end

• Bachelors Degree with a major in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or another related field and/or at least 3+ years of experience in estate planning, estate, and trust administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with the Oregon and federal estate tax system and Oregon Uniform Trust Code.
