Pay: $50,000-$70,000/year DOE
Location: Salem, Oregon - In office 5 days/week
Billable hour requirement: bill 3.5x their salary so it isn't hourly billable goal but very obtainable
Responsibilities
- Work with settlement counsel to ensure the clients trust estates are administered seamlessly
- Ensure trust assets are properly distributed to designated beneficiaries and final accountings are completed and filed
- Liaison directly with the Trustee and the clients
- Facilitate the administration process from beginning to end
- Bachelors Degree with a major in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or another related field and/or at least 3+ years of experience in estate planning, estate, and trust administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with the Oregon and federal estate tax system and Oregon Uniform Trust Code.
- Health insurance paid by firm for base with United
- Half of dental is paid for
- Simple IRA with 3% match (after 1st year of employment)
- 10 holidays 2 weeks PTO (after 5 years 3 weeks) 48 hours sick leave in a year
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
