Litigation Legal Assistant (Hybrid)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $55,000–$75,000
Employment Type: Full-Time

LHH is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client’s dynamic legal team in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in litigation.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and local court rules
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Specific Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and calendar management
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents
  • Organize and maintain case files and document databases
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings
  • Prepare and format legal correspondence and reports
  • Assist with trial preparation and logistics
