Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $70,000–$105,000
Employment Type: Full-Time

LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client’s dynamic legal team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This hybrid role offers flexibility, a collaborative work environment, and excellent benefits. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in litigation.

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Utah
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and local court rules
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Specific Duties:
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
  • Manage case files and maintain document databases
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
  • Prepare trial exhibits and assist in trial preparation
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
