Pay Range: $70,000–$105,000

LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client’s dynamic legal team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This hybrid role offers flexibility, a collaborative work environment, and excellent benefits. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in litigation.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Utah
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and local court rules
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Manage case files and maintain document databases
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Prepare trial exhibits and assist in trial preparation
- Monitor and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
