Work Location: Hybrid, San Bruno, CA 94066 (e.g., Tues-Thurs in the office, Mon & Fri remote)


Work Schedule: Regular Business Hours (PST)



Project Overview:


Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to join our Talent Management team. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performance culture by managing and enhancing our talent and learning programs. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement in alignment with our talent strategy and business goals.


Overall Responsibilities:



  • Onboarding Experience: Oversee and continuously improve onboarding process, including New Hire Orientation, to enhance productivity.


  • Program Development: Develop and manage key talent and learning programs, such as internships, internal mobility, mentorship, and career development.


  • Training Support: Support the design and content creation for training programs and communications.


  • Collaboration: Work with team members and external stakeholders (Legal, Quality, Regulatory) to gather feedback and enhance programs.


  • Program Evaluation: Assess, adapt, and report on the effectiveness of programs to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.


Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:



  • Program manage key talent and learning programs, including internships, internal mobility, mentorship, and career development.


  • Support the design and content creation of training programs and communications, such as manager newsletters.


  • Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.


Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:



  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.


  • 6+ years of experience managing HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management programs.


  • Proven program management skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.


  • Strong execution, attention to detail, and a bias for action.


  • Analytical skills for identifying issues and defining solutions.


  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


  • Familiarity with Workday.

Pay Details: $57.00 to $80.00 per hour Search managed by: Riley Grubbs
