LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Direct Hire opportunity for a Senior Property Manager
As a key member of the Asset Services team, this role supports tenant success and scientific innovation by delivering high-touch service, collaborating with facilities and building staff, and ensuring smooth operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the property portfolio, ensuring efficient management and strong tenant relationships.
Manage financial aspects including accounting, reporting, rent collection, budget development, and expense reconciliation.
Mentor and develop the property management team to support growth and performance.
Lead facilities maintenance, tenant improvements, and capital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Manage third-party vendors, including engineers and contractors.
Support property operations setup, including equipment commissioning and engineering oversight.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
Collaborate with regional teams on projects, tours, and tenant engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial real estate.
Strong technical knowledge of complex building systems and operations.
Experience managing full building lifecycle operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Hybrid schedule 3 days a week
Compensation:
The expected base salary range is $130,000 to $165,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, location, and company compensation practices.
Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
