LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Direct Hire opportunity for a Senior Property Manager

As a key member of the Asset Services team, this role supports tenant success and scientific innovation by delivering high-touch service, collaborating with facilities and building staff, and ensuring smooth operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the property portfolio, ensuring efficient management and strong tenant relationships.

  • Manage financial aspects including accounting, reporting, rent collection, budget development, and expense reconciliation.

  • Mentor and develop the property management team to support growth and performance.

  • Lead facilities maintenance, tenant improvements, and capital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

  • Manage third-party vendors, including engineers and contractors.

  • Support property operations setup, including equipment commissioning and engineering oversight.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns promptly.

  • Collaborate with regional teams on projects, tours, and tenant engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial real estate.

  • Strong technical knowledge of complex building systems and operations.

  • Experience managing full building lifecycle operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Hybrid schedule 3 days a week

Compensation:

The expected base salary range is $130,000 to $165,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, skills, location, and company compensation practices.



Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
