Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger records

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control procedures

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records

• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required

• 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience, depending on the position

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Hours:

• Full-time

• Onsite

• Monday- Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details:

• Located in Central San Diego

• Contract, contract to hire, and direct roles

• Compensation: $21.00-$38.00 per hour DOE
