Job Description:

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic team in the beautiful city of San Diego? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments with their administrative needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing.

  • Coordinate and support special projects and events as needed.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.


Additional Details:

  • Location: Mission Valley

  • Pay: $25-$27/hour, based on experience.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours

  • 40 hours per week

  • Duration: Contract for 3-6 months with a possibility of conversion based on performance and business need
