Administrative Assistant job in San Diego, CA
LHH has partnered with a non-profit who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their team and support their mission. The Administrative Assistant will provide strong administrative support and requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks related to proposals, contracts, trademarks, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and contracts.
Manage and track trademarks and other intellectual property matters.
Provide administrative support to multiple departments, ensuring smooth operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
Maintain organized records and files related to rights and clearance activities.
Engage with staff, volunteers, and guests, providing administrative support during events.
Organize records both physically and digitally, including filing correspondence and other documents.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative or relevant position.
Previous experience preferred in a non-profit setting and working with rights and clearance, intellectual property or related area is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Additional Details:
Location: San Diego, CA- 92117
Pay: $21-$23/hour. Based on experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours
May include overtime.
Duration: Contract for 3-4 months
