LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Central San Diego. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Located in Central San Diego, CA

  • Compensation: $20.00-$26.00 per hour DOE
