Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our client's healthcare team in Sorrento Valley. The ideal candidate will be proficient with computers and possess strong skills in charting, filing, and general clerical tasks. This position is a contract role until November and is open to candidates working anywhere from 30 to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Perform data entry and charting tasks with a high level of accuracy
Handle general clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Working Hours:
30-40 hours per week
Open to Full-time or Part-time hours
Monday- Friday
8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm PST
