Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Chula Vista, San Diego


Type: Full-Time



LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Chula Vista, San Diego. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and organize office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

  • Answer and direct phone calls, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supplies

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and oversee general office maintenance


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent support to the team


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Contract to hire role

  • Located in Chula Vista, San Diego

  • Compensation: $20.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
