Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: North Park, CA

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing office operations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
Assist with data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining spreadsheets.
Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Order office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with team members to support various office projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $20.00-$26.00 per hour DOE
