Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: San Diego, CA (92108)

Job Overview: I am seeking a highly organized and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. This role will provide support across various departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This is a long-term temporary position through LHH with the potential for permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across different teams, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Cover front desk duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries as needed.
  • Manage both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and organization.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support team members with special projects, including research, event coordination, and logistics.
  • Perform data entry in Excel, specifically supporting budget tracking and updates.
  • Log and distribute incoming packages promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate lunch orders as needed.
  • Provide front desk coverage during the daily lunch hour and as required to support team members during meetings, PTO, or sick leave.
  • Utilize SharePoint for document management and collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in property management and customer service, with a focus on front desk and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of people and multitask effectively.
  • Resourceful, curious, and willing to learn and assist in various tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Foundational skills in Adobe and Canva are a plus.

Compensation:
  • Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm


Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
